Baxter & Josephine’s Wedding

This wedding surpasses the boundaries of profession – it is dear to me for many reasons. Firstly, I’ve known the bride and her family since I was a teenager, and it’s always very special being able to photograph those lovely moments between family members you’ve come to know so well.
Secondly, those beautiful bridesmaids are a tight-knit group of girls that I’m fortunate enough to catch up with over bottles of bubbly from time to time. Thirdly, those groomsmen: I could not have dreamed for a better herd to photograph. They had me laughing the entire day.

Josephine and Baxter’s wedding was truly spectacular. Held on the most perfect midsummers day out west, guests mingled in a most relaxed setting, and were free to eat and drink at their leisure and enjoy quality time with their friends, family, and this fantastic couple. It was high priority for the bride and groom to make sure the day was relaxing for themselves as well as guests, and every little detail was a true replication of that. From the bouquets constructed by the bridesmaids, to venue set-up and catering taken care of by friends and family, this was a wedding for all, by all, iced with an incredible speech by the groom.

A day of true friends, family and true love.
